RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. lovekelseyindigo.co does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. You are welcome to inquire about issues with your order by using the contact form.

DISCLAIMER

Crystals can have inclusions, holes, chips, lines, and cracks that occur during mining, carving, and polishing. These can also occur naturally. Additionally, towers may stand with a lean, and spheres may not be perfectly round. Photos, videos, and written descriptions are provided in product listings. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information and inspect visuals prior to placing an order. During live sales, each crystal is shown 360 degrees, and the chat feature allows interested buyers to ask questions. I will gladly send additional photos and videos upon request. Exceptions to the Returns and Exchanges Policy will not be granted for these reasons. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Generally, packages are shipped via USPS within 3-4 business days, unless there are longer processing times noted on the homepage and at the top of this page. Once a shipping label has been created for your order, you will receive an email to track your package. Currently, international shipping is not available. 

Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 within the United States. Orders that qualify for free shipping will use the lowest cost shipping option. Typically, this is USPS First Class Mail, USPS Retail Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. 

For orders below $150, shipping options are determined based on the weight of the order.

Each crystal comes carefully bubble wrapped and packaged to prevent damage. Once the package is accepted by USPS, lovekelseyindigo.co is no longer responsible for damage done during shipment. Customers should file a claim with USPS. 

Small fragments of crystals may appear in your package as a result of the crystal's journey from me to you. This is normal and typically occurs with crystals in their raw form (geodes, clusters, etc.). This does not affect the value or quality of the crystal. 

Combined shipping with live sale claims. Live sale claims are paid for via a custom listing for your instagram handle under Invoices. Once you've added your custom listing to your cart, you may continue to shop from the website and checkout as usual. If you make a purchase from the site prior to paying for your live sale invoice, I will make every attempt combine your orders and refund any shipping overages; however, this is not possible once an order is processed.
